OUR POLICIES We are a company with a tradition of providing Quality and Service at a competitive price. We are always on the lookout for new and exciting products to bring to you. Sometimes before everyone else even knows they are available. We ship in stock items within 24 hours. We primarily use UPS. They offer $100.00 of insurance for damaged products. If it is a light weight product we will ship it First Class Mail and add .60 to your shipping for delivery comfirmation. OUR RETURNS POLICY Returns are rare in our experience but occasionally they do occur. If the product is in Brand New and Re-Saleable condition, we will refund you the price you paid for the product, but we will NOT credit you the Handling Fee or the shipping fees. You are responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to us. The product MUST be returned in Re-Saleable condition. THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN DELIVERY If the product is damaged in delivery, you must report any visible damage to the box upon delivery to the carrier. After we receive credit for damages from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped to you. All of our products are inspected before being shipped, but damage may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possiable that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Handling Handling charges are added to the product price to cover the costs for boxes, packing materials, and time to pick, pack, print shipping labels, etc. They are as follows.
